RUNAS
As inspiration for this sampler of upholstery and cushion fabrics, we chose runes, which are ancient symbols that were used to transmit messages. Like these signs, each fabric in the collection is designed to tell a story and connect with the people who inhabit the spaces. The RUNAS collection consists of nine coordinates that play with a plain chenille (Dagas), a zig-zag texture (Jeran) and designs in different scales. Anzuz, Naudiz, Manaz and Laguz are fabrics with a jacquard woven pattern, ideal for reupholstering Mid Century style furniture or for giving that retro look to more contemporary furniture. The textiles that make up RUNAS have a rub resistance of between 20,000 and 30,000 Martindale cycles and pass the cigarette test. Each one is made with a mix of natural and synthetic fibers, and we highlight Dagas, which has a composition of 80% polyester and 20% recycled cotton, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
